Barb Munsell, Director of Nursing

Barb is a 40 year native of Andrew County and has been employed with LaVerna Village for 26 years.  She has held many positions with LaVerna Village including Charge/Floor Nurse for all shifts, care plans, Instructor for CNA/CMT classes and Assistant Director of Nursing.  She currently is the Director of Nursing which she has held for the past 5 years. 
A graduate of Savannah High School and her nursing degree from Methodist Medical Center, Barb has strong local roots to the community and with LaVerna.  She is an experienced, long term care nurse, who has great leadership and management skills.  We are lucky to have her at LaVerna Village.

The LaVerna Village Nursing Department is at the heart of our organization.
